January 19, 2018

The Annual 9 Days for Life campaign, which is sponsored by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life Activities runs Thursday, January 18-Friday, January 26. It surrounds the annual Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children, which occurs on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade. 9 Days for Life is a “digital pilgrimage” of prayer and action focused on cherishing the gift of every person’s life. The multi-faceted novena highlights a different intention each day and provides reflections, bonus information, and suggested actions.

Archbishop Charles Chaput, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, speaks about the importance of 9 Days for Life.
