Children ages 3-11 enjoyed Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus, a vacation bible camp, at the Province Center of the Sisters of the Redeemer the week of Aug. 20. At Shipwrecked, the children were grounded in the foundation of God’s love. During their captivating quest, the children participated in memorable Bible learning activities, learned new songs, participated in teamwork-building games, experienced Bible adventures and met “Bible Memory Buddies” to remind them they are one of a kind.
During camp they also learned to look for evidence of God all around through “God Sightings”. They were encouraged to continue to look for God in every day life after camp. Each day concluded with the Shipwrecked closing, which was a celebration to remind them to live what they learned. Family members and friends joined them for this celebration.
